CompanyID required but Not Found
We use the company id to verify you have an active subscription. Likely you are getting this error because your company id was dropped from the link you followed to the service forms. To fix this, have your company administrator login to the MyAccount page and re-copy the link or QR code to your specific service form and ensure the link contains “?companyid=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx” at the end of the url where xxx is your company specific CompanyID.
